From local dairy, eggs, produce and some new house-made specialties, we’re now making it easier to grab and go right in town. If you prefer your milk and butter from a small dairy farm, want some local organic greens for a quick salad or just need to pick up lemons and garlic without heading to the supermarket, we’ve got you covered! Paper thin slices of Jamón Serrano – Spain’s famous cured ham, are layered with nutty Manchego Cheese, sweet-tart Membrillo quince paste, Spicy Mustard and lemony Arugula.
The SMOKED HAM:
Smoking Goose Meatery’s Smoked City Ham, is piled on our house-made Pimento Cheese with Pickled Red Onion.
Moderately spicy Salami Calabrese – a recipe from southern Italy made with the famous Calabrian chiles, shaved Podda Cheese – a salty, tangy treasure from Sardinia, rich and earthy roasted Piquillo Peppers, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette.
Prosciutto di Parma layered with fresh Mozzarella, herb-roasted tomatoes, and Pesto Genovese.
The ARTICHOKE :
The ARTICHOKE consists of marinated long-stemmed Italian Artichokes nestled in a pillow of hand-dipped Lemon Ricotta with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, fresh torn Basil and fresh cracked Pepper.
The GOAT CHEESE :
The GOAT CHEESE consists of a thick layer of Zingerman’s Fresh Goat Cheese piled with crisp Ginger-Pickled Beets and lemon arugula and finished with Honey-Walnut Pesto on fresh-baked baguette.
