The SERRANO:
Paper thin slices of Jamón Serrano – Spain’s famous cured ham, are layered with nutty Manchego Cheese, sweet-tart Membrillo quince paste, Spicy Mustard and lemony Arugula.

The SALAMI:
Moderately spicy Salami Calabrese – a recipe from southern Italy made with the famous Calabrian chiles, shaved Podda Cheese – a salty, tangy treasure from Sardinia, rich and earthy roasted Piquillo Peppers, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette.

The PORCHETTA:
The PORCHETTA, an Italian pork belly-wrapped pork loin roasted with rosemary and spices is piled with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, lemony Arugula and savory Pear Mostarda from Quince & Apple

The ALPINE:
Melted Alpine Cheese Blend grilled with thinly sliced, herb-roasted Roasted Pork, dual Mustards, and piled with Sauerkraut and Onions.  

The GRILLED CHEDDAR:
Our aged Cheddar Blend melted together with crisp Green Apple and zesty Fig Spread.

The ARTICHOKE:
The ARTICHOKE consists of marinated long-stemmed Italian Artichokes nestled in a pillow of hand-dipped Lemon Ricotta with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, fresh torn Basil and fresh cracked Pepper.

The GRILLED MOZZARELLA:
Silky Fresh Mozzarella is melted with thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma, our house Giardinara and Tomato Pesto.
