The SERRANO:
A nod to all things great from Spain.  Paper thin slices of Jamón Serrano – Spain’s famous cured ham, are layered with nutty Manchego Cheese, sweet-tart Membrillo quince paste, Spicy Mustard and lemony Arugula.

The SALAMI:
Moderately spicy Salami Calabrese – a recipe from southern Italy made with the famous Calabrian chiles, shaved Podda Cheese – a salty, tangy treasure from Sardinia, rich and earthy roasted Piquillo Peppers, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette.

The PORCHETTA:
The PORCHETTA features Italian pork loin wrapped in pork belly, seasoned with pepper and rosemary and oven roasted, paired with tangy Pear Mostarda from Quince & Apple, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and peppery greens

The GOAT CHEESE:
The GOAT CHEESE starts with Zingerman’s fresh chevré from Ann Arbor, slathered on our crusty baguette with a layers of balsamic-pickled beets, sweet + salty walnut pesto and lemon-dressed arugula..
