The SERRANO:
A nod to all things great from Spain.  Paper thin slices of Jamón Serrano – Spain’s famous cured ham, are layered with nutty Manchego Cheese, sweet-tart Membrillo quince paste, Spicy Mustard and lemony Arugula.

The SALAMI:
Moderately spicy Salami Calabrese – a recipe from southern Italy made with the famous Calabrian chiles, shaved Podda Cheese – a salty, tangy treasure from Sardinia, rich and earthy roasted Piquillo Peppers, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette.

The PROSCUITTO:
The PROSCUITTO features silky Prosciutto di Parma atop creamy fresh Mozzarella, imported Pesto Genovese and balsamic marinated Tomatoes.

The SMOKED HAM:
The SMOKED HAM features Smoking Goose City Ham sliced thin and piled on a bed of our Pimento Cheese Spread made with 2 year cheddar, and topped with Pickled Red Onion.

The ARTICHOKE:
The ARTICHOKE consists of marinated long-stemmed Italian Artichokes nestled in a pillow of hand-dipped Lemon Ricotta with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, fresh torn Basil and fresh cracked Pepper.
