The SERRANO:
Paper thin slices of Jamón Serrano – Spain’s famous cured ham, are layered with nutty Manchego Cheese, sweet-tart Membrillo quince paste, Spicy Mustard and lemony Arugula.

The SMOKED HAM:
Smoking Goose Meatery’s Smoked City Ham, is piled on our house-made Pimento Cheese with Pickled Red Onion.

The GOAT CHEESE:
Zingerman’s Fresh Goat Cheese, crispy Pickled Beets, Honey-Walnut Pesto and Lemony Arugula.

The SALAMI:
Moderately spicy Salami Calabrese – a recipe from southern Italy made with the famous Calabrian chiles, shaved Podda Cheese – a salty, tangy treasure from Sardinia, rich and earthy roasted Piquillo Peppers, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette.

The ARTICHOKE:
The ARTICHOKE consists of marinated long-stemmed Italian Artichokes nestled in a pillow of hand-dipped Lemon Ricotta with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, fresh torn Basil and fresh cracked Pepper.

The PROSCIUTTO:
Prosciutto di Parma, Fresh Mozzarella, herb-roasted Tomatoes and imported Pesto Genovese.
