Alpine-style cheeses, hardy classics made to withstand long winters, are the base for comforting fondues, raclette and gratins, and are equally delicious on a cheese board. We'll learn about and taste our way through a range of Old and New World versions and then indulge in some gooey, melted dishes sure to warm your heart. Wine and beer service included.
