Thin slices of Jamón Serrano – Spain’s famous cured ham, are layered with nutty Manchego Cheese, sweet-tart Membrillo quince paste, Spicy Mustard and lemony Arugula on a baguette.
The SMOKED HAM:
Fra’ Mani Smoked Rosemary Ham is piled on our house-made Pimento Cheese with Pickled Red Onion on a baguette.
The SALAMI:
The Salami Calabrese – a recipe from southern Italy made with the famous Calabrian chiles, aged Piave Vecchio – a nutty-sweet, Parmesan-like cheese, rich and earthy roasted Piquillo Peppers, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette on a baguette.
The PROSCIUTTO:
Prosciutto San Daniele, fresh Mozzarella, roasted Tomato and Pesto Genovese on baguette.
The ARTICHOKE:
Long-stemmed Italian Artichokes nestled in a pillow of hand-dipped Lemon Ricotta with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, fresh torn Basil and fresh cracked Pepper on a baguette.
The GOAT CHEESE:
Blakesville Fresh Goat Cheese, Pickled Beets, Honey-Walnut Pesto, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette on a baguette.
The TUNA:
Mediterranean Tuna Salad Vinaigrette with Piquillo Pepper and Artichoke, Olive Tapenade, and Arugula on a baguette.
