Fra’ Mani Smoked Rosemary Ham is piled on our house-made Pimento Cheese with Pickled Red Onion on a baguette.
The Salami Calabrese – a recipe from southern Italy made with the famous Calabrian chiles, shaved Podda – a salty, tangy Sardinia cheese, rich and earthy roasted Piquillo Peppers, and Arugula with fresh Lemon Vinaigrette on baguette.
Long-stemmed Italian Artichokes nestled in a pillow of hand-dipped Lemon Ricotta with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, fresh torn Basil and fresh cracked Pepper on baguette.
Paper-thin Prosciutto di Parma layered with creamy-fresh Mozzarella, Herb-roasted Tomatoes and classic Basil Pesto Genovese on baguette.
