SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

It usually takes 24 hours to receive and process your online order. Orders will typically be shipped on the first Tuesday or Wednesday after receipt. Please note that all cheese orders placed on or after Wednesday will ship on the following Tuesday.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we require a shipping method of 2 days or less. We only ship Ground Shipping to the following states:
AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NJ, OH, PA, TN, WI.
All other states require Overnight or 2 Day Shipping for perishable items.

For non-perishable items purchased such as accessories we ship Ground across the continental US.
Packages containing alcohol require that someone 21 or older be present to sign upon delivery. We suggest delivering to a place of business.

Please note we are not able to ship wine or alcohol to the following states: AK, AL, AR, CN, DE, FL, KY, MA, MS, MT, NH, ND, OK, PA, RI, SD, UT, VT, WV.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We send the online purchaser an e-mail to the e-mail address provided at checkout on the day your order ships. We will also send tracking number and estimated date of delivery.

When sending perishable gifts we encourage you to inform the recipient of the expected delivery to avoid any compromise of product quality. Perishable packages are clearly labeled “Perishable” and should be inspected immediately upon receipt. If there is any problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.

From November to January and other peak periods, we may require extra time to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays.

Marché makes every effort to maintain the quality of our fine products and ensure they arrive in the same condition as when they left our shop. However, Marché will not assume responsibility for inclement weather delays or any incorrect addresses provided to us or for items received but not opened; delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We are unable to replace cheeses that perish due to recipient’s being unavailable at the time of delivery.

Packaging

Perishable shipments are packed with insulated material and ice packs as needed to ensure quality standards.

Ordering Guidelines

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. Phone orders can be placed during normal business hours. Call us at (630) 790-8890. Marché accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you are paying with a gift card, just give us a call and we will take your order over the phone. All prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot ship C.O.D.. Sales taxes will automatically be added to any purchase when applicable.

Product Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations of our artisan products, we may need to substitute items within one of your gift selections to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute with alternative ingredients of equal or greater quality and value.

Security and Privacy

All e-mail addresses and personal information (such as name, address, credit card number, etc.) are transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All information is collected for our use in fulfilling your online order only and is not shared with any other party.
