Brand Ambassador Duncan Schroeder from the brewery will guide us through a tasting of some of Three Floyds’ classics as well as some special-release seasonal beers. And of course, we’ll provide the perfect cheese partners to accompany his selections.

    CHEESE MAKING: DIY MOZZARELLA + BURRATA

    Kick off summer, roll up your sleeves and prepare to turn curds into creamy, fresh Mozzarella and Burrata. We’ll discuss the process of turning milk into curds, and then you’ll stretch and pull your own into luscious balls of cheesy goodness. You’ll leave with your own creation and the knowledge to recreate the process at home. Includes a fresh cheese tasting with a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks.
