    Roll up your sleeves and prepare to turn curds into creamy, fresh mozzarella and burrata.  We’ll discuss the process of turning milk into curds, and then you’ll stretch and pull your own into luscious balls of cheesy goodness.  You’ll leave with your own creation and the knowledge to recreate the process at home.  Includes a cheese tasting with a selection of wine and soft drinks.
