We’ll look at the process of turning milk into curds, and then you’ll stretch and pull your own into luscious balls of cheesy goodness. You’ll leave with your own creation and the knowledge to recreate the process at home. Includes a fresh cheese tasting with a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks.
